<p>The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing leads and manages the Sales and Marketing efforts for all sites within their designated region. They support their region through the development and execution of regional plans and collaborate on local initiatives with their residences. They provide direction and assistance to both the Lifestyle Consultants and Executive Directors to ensure all sales and marketing efforts are results oriented. The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing interacts with many different groups internally to ensure the execution of plans is timely, customer focused and meets the needs of all stakeholders within their region. They share in the responsibility for driving and meeting targeted sales revenues.</p>
<p>The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing reports to the Vice President of Sales. The Lifestyle Consultants have a dotted-line reporting relationship.</p>
<h3>Qualifications </h3>
<p>•	Business degree with a major in Sales, Marketing, Communications and / or Public Relations, or a background in a service industry-related position: real estate, healthcare, fundraising, tourism, hospitality, and property management;<br />
•	Must have at least 5 - 7 years of Sales experience with team management;<br />
•	Must demonstrate knowledge of Sales &#038; Marketing concepts, processes, programs and strategic planning;<br />
•	Strong organizational and time management skills;<br />
•	A creative, outgoing and energetic personality;<br />
•	Excellent communication and presentation skills;<br />
•	Good computer skills;<br />
•	Ability to problem-solve and provide supportive decision making;<br />
•	Strong coaching, training and leadership skills;<br />
•	Background in adult education and training an asset;<br />
•	Ability to travel; must have a drivers license and own car.</p>
<h3>Essential Responsibilities</h3>
<p>•	Effective manager of a high performance sales team;<br />
•	Provide regional marketing support and local marketing management to all residences within an assigned territory;<br />
•	Develop sales capability with on-site Lifestyle Consultants and Executive Directors through sales training, mentoring and coaching;<br />
•	Facilitate and participate in the implementation of hospital and community relations initiatives, with key referral sources;<br />
•	Facilitate the implementation and execution of marketing and sales processes and programs;<br />
•	Facilitate the implementation and sustainability of marketing and sales standards in business units;<br />
•	Facilitate the education and promotion of products / services across business units;<br />
•	Accredit number of managers in Marketing and Sales programs;<br />
•	Assist with Marketing needs of Revera Inc. and Revera Health Services divisions on an occasional basis, including identification and possible implementation of community outreach activities;<br />
•	Ensures the appropriate use of Corporate Marketing resources and services;<br />
•	Oversee and manage marketing initiatives such as advertising, direct mail and community outreach at the local level;<br />
•	Direct and support site marketing and sales efforts in such areas as sales process, contact management, marketing plan and budget development, community outreach initiatives, and product presentation;<br />
•	Provide customer feedback and reports on areas of opportunity for revenue growth;<br />
•	Develop regular reporting on regional and individual site performance against sales targets;<br />
•	Serve as a corporate representative to the residences (role model);<br />
•	Organize and conduct regular regional meetings with sales staff;<br />
•	Assist with the development and execution of strategic initiatives for challenged sites;<br />
•	Work with residences to determine goals and objectives;<br />
•	Provide leadership and communication to the sales team;<br />
•	Schedule regular site visits to provide input on physical plant and service provision (as they relate to competitiveness and marketability), review traffic figures, inspect model / trial stay suites, review utilization of formalized sales process and follow-up, share competitive data / knowledge of current competitive climate, review closing ratios, and discuss marketing initiatives such as advertising, direct mail and community outreach; provide feedback and counsel on above items;<br />
•	Work as a business partner with the residence Executive Director and Director of Operations to identify areas of opportunity to ensure all tools are in place to drive revenue;<br />
•	Remain abreast of external and competitive market conditions / product;<br />
•	Develop and nurture regional community partnerships and contacts as needed for the benefit of the residences in the region;<br />
•	Liaise with Corporate Marketing to ensure the appropriate use of brand standards and timely delivery of marketing materials;<br />
•	Coordinate local or regional cooperative functions, meetings, workshops, tradeshows, conferences, partnerships, sponsorships and special events;<br />
•	Build and sustain a high performing team;<br />
•	Manage performance of Lifestyle Consultants relative to Sales and Marketing initiatives: participate in all performance reviews;<br />
•	Act as a Revera Ambassador both internally and externally;<br />
•	Promote a customer focused sales culture;<br />
•	Other duties as assigned.</p>

<p>The In-Home Care Director is a key individual in the successful operations of an In-Home Care Agency. This individual works closely with all aspects of the operations. The In-Home Care Director must be well versed in all operational policies, procedures and reporting systems. This individual must have a detailed knowledge of the values and expectations of the company and must be able to communicate this information to staff in an effective manner. The Director must be able to identify operational differences and achieve the corporate goals.</p>
<h3>Qualification Requirements</h3>
<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and fulfill state requirements that are applicable. The employee must have sufficient communication and language skills to enable them to perform their duties and interact effectively with clients and other staff. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. <h3>Essential Duties /  Responsibilities</h3>
<p>• Demonstrate high standards of professional and ethical conduct.<br />
• A genuine interest in geriatric work.<br />
• Be able to secure the cooperation of others, and be willing to cooperate with other personnel with the ability to lead and take direction.<br />
• Responsible for preparing regular reports indicating the operational progress and performance of the division.<br />
• Attend regular meetings with other corporate staff and prepare and present materials at these meetings, relevant to agency operations.<br />
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with local, state, and federal agencies.<br />
• Assist the In-Home Care Coordinator to ensure the overall profitability of the agency.<br />
• Work closely with management and corporate staff to ensure corporate wide attainment of excellence in care and financial targets. .<br />
• Fill-in in a variety of positions in the event of Coordinator illness, or absence.<br />
• Be on call to support management and emergency situations with clients.<br />
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation, supervision, and performance reviews of Coordinators.<br />
• Ensure that Coordinators properly train staff on their duties and are following prescribed service plan rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.<br />
• Responsible for direct planning and systems compliance for division operations. Continually review and assess each division performance to assure compliance with rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.<br />
• Monitors quality in all divisions to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, policies and standards, regulations and standards of the facilities/residencies.<br />
• Conducts regular reviews of all division to ensure adherence to In-home Care guidelines, policies and standards, regulations and standards of the company.</p>
<h3>Supervisory Responsibilities</h3>
<p>Oversee and provide support to the operations of the agency within the assigned geographical areas.<br />
He/she carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, teaching, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, disciplining, and terminating employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</p>
<h3>Education and/or Experience</h3>
<p>• A minimum of three years in management and marketing background in a health care related field<br />
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.<br />
• Knowledge of state in home care rules and regulations.<br />
• Knowledge of the facility policies and procedures.<br />
• Knowledge and proficiency in data entry/extraction.</p>
<h3>Language Skills</h3>
<p>The In-Home Care Director shall have sufficient communication and language skills to enable them to perform their duties and interact effectively with clients and other staff. He or she must be able to read, write, and comprehend instructions, business correspondence, and memos. He/she must have the ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</p>
<h3>Mathematical Skills</h3>
<p>Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</p>
<h3>Reasoning Ability</h3>
<p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</p>
<h3>Other Duties</h3>
<p>Responsible for implementing the overall In home care projects and ensuring compliance with budgets. Evaluate policies and procedures and make recommendations for change to the VP of operations. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with local, state and federal agencies. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Complete reports as necessary. Other duties as assigned by the Regional V.P. of Operations.</p>
<h3>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations</h3>
<p>Individual must have a Current Drivers License, a good driving record and be insurable to provide client transportation. Proof of insurance on his/her personal vehicle is required, if used for business purposes.</p>

<p>North Bend, Oregon - It&#8217;s a concept that has been in the works for years and now Inland Point Senior Community is showcasing it&#8217;s newest venture to the public.</p>

<p>Open since early February, the new Lifestyle Center is the latest major project to be complete at Inland Point.</p>
<p>The Venture Inn Restaurant, Internet cafe, fitness center and in-house nurse practitioner, are just some of the many features of the center, all of which are open to the public, not just residents.</p>
<p>&#8220;We really wanted to reach out to the community and show our appreciation to them. We also want to show them all the things we have going on here,&#8221; says incoming Executive Director Dave Cohen.</p>
<p>Cohen and outgoing Executive Director Chris Cooney say the facility was always in the plans ever since the property was purchased.</p>
<p>&#8220;Ever since we opened 13 years ago, we purchased a large piece of land with the intention of building the cottages and eventually a restaurant. That idea grew into this.&#8221;</p>
<p>Cohen and Cooney invite anyone to stop by and check it out.</p>
<p>The center is open seven days a week from 7 am to 8 pm.</p>
<p>The official grand opening ceremony will take place Friday, April 18th at Inland Point Senior Community in North Bend from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.</p>

<p>Each option provides different levels of accommodation, care and support. The one that is right for you will depend upon an assessment of your needs and preferences.</p>
<h2 class="topTitle">What is a Retirement Residence?</h2>
<p>Retirement Residences meet the needs of those who require greater security or who are no longer able to manage all the activities of daily living by themselves. The residences aim to allow Residents to continue to live with dignity and as independently as possible, enjoying life to the fullest, while providing the security, care and supportive services necessary.</p>
<p>Most retirement residences provide accommodation, meals, social/recreational programs, 24-hour supervision, laundry and housekeeping services. Other care and supportive services such as assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs), assistance with medications and personal nursing care may also be included in the posted rates or available at an additional cost.</p>
<p>Retirement Residences are privately run and are not regulated or subsidized by the government. They vary widely in terms of care and supportive services provided, amenities offered, types of accommodation and physical structure. Accordingly, prices also vary widely. Since most retirement residences are privately owned and operated and do not receive any government funding, the Resident has to pay the full cost. Tenure is typically by rent and accommodation rates are subject to rent control.</p>
<h2 class="topTitle">What is a Long Term Care Home?</h2>
<p>A long term care home provides a welcoming, home-like setting where a Resident’s physical and care needs are met through innovative and comprehensive programs and services.</p>
<p>In most cases, long term care homes are designed for people who require the availability of 24-hour nursing care and supervision, within a secure environment. In general, long term care homes offer higher levels of personal care and support than those typically offered in retirement living.</p>
<p>In addition, where the monthly fees of living in a retirement residence are covered in-full by Residents, in a long term care home, these fees are offset by the provincial government, making them a more affordable option for those in need. </p>
