About Spring Valley Assisted Living

Located in Springfield, Oregon, Spring Valley Assisted Living offers easy access to the conveniences of the city, while living in a park-like setting. We’re close to shopping, banking and medical facilities.

Spring Valley Assisted Living has cared for seniors since 1993, and was designed with comfortable living in mind. The one-story building is fully wheelchair accessible; there are no steps or barriers. The apartment layouts are open and inviting. Each apartment contains a kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There’s room for a table and chairs for when you want to eat in your apartment, or have guests over for coffee and cake.

Spring Valley Assisted Living’s Staff

Our staff members are professional, upbeat, and cheerful - and they’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and at home. We work hard to make Spring Valley Assisted Living the best resident for seniors. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the best possible care. We’ll assist you (if you desire) with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing, but will encourage you to do as much as you can for yourself. We’ll help you to remain as independent as possible.

Spring Valley Assisted Living’s Residential Care

Assistance with “activities of daily living” can be provided to any resident at Spring Valley Assisted Living. Activities of daily living include dressing, grooming, as well as assistance with self-medication, transfers, and mobility. Assistance is also available for more complex care coordination or support with health needs.

All residents, prior to move in and at any time during their residency, can have an assessment by the residential care supervisor to determine their service needs and preferences. An individualized service plan is then prepared and discussed with the resident. Services will begin immediately upon acceptance of the service plan.

Service points may increase or decrease as a resident’s needs and preferences change. By using an individualized plan based on service points, the resident only pays for those specific services being provided.
