Deerfield Village Assisted Living is located just outside of North Clackamas Park grounds, this rural setting lends itself to beautiful walks, picnics, and frequent trips to the Milwaukie Center, an outstanding senior center. Deerfield Village Assisted Living is easily accessible to I-205, route 224, and 99E. Our location provides a wonderful combination of city living in a country setting.
Deerfield Village Assisted Living’s Apartments
Deerfield Village Assisted Living was designed with comfortable living in mind. The one-story building is fully wheelchair accessible; there are no steps or barriers. The apartment layouts are open and inviting. Each apartment contains a kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There’s room for a table and chairs for when you want to eat in your apartment, or have guests over for coffee and cake.
The bathrooms have no barriers - roll-in showers and grab bars are there for safety. Each apartment has it own temperature control so you can set the temperature to your liking.
Three call lights in each apartment enable you to ring for help; when you need it. the call lights are part of a silent paging system that quickly and quietly alerts caregivers to your needs.
Deerfield Village Assisted Living has a full-service beauty salon, complimentary laundry facilities, a library, living room, and an activity room. There is also a private dining room that you can reserve to entertain guests.

Deerfield Village Assisted Living’s Residential Care
Assistance with “activities of daily living” can be provided to any resident at Deerfield Village Assisted Living. Activities of daily living include dressing, grooming, as well as assistance with self-medication, transfers, and mobility. Assistance is also available for more complex care coordination or support with health needs.
All residents, prior to move in and at any time during their residency, can have an assessment by the residential care supervisor to determine their service needs and preferences. An individualized service plan is then prepared and discussed with the resident. Services will begin immediately upon acceptance of the service plan.
Service points may increase or decrease as a resident’s needs and preferences change. By using an individualized plan based on service points, the resident only pays for those specific services being provided.
