Parkland Senior Estates’ Homes

These one level homes offer up to 1,200 square feet of space. These two bedroom, two bathroom, on-car garage duplexes are separated at the garage with a fire wall for the utmost privacy. Each home has a Lifeline system set up at no additional charge to you. A full kitchen is equipped with all appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a roll-in shower and the guest bathroom has a bathtub.

The monthly rent includes one meal and maintenance and housekeeping services that keep your home clean and comfortable, allowing you to spend your time doing the things you enjoy. Last but not least, pets are always welcome.
