Summary
Works with residential managers and community representatives to market residences to the community and enhance their living environments.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies to keep residences full and to establish each residence and related entities as the leader in assisted living.
- Work with managers and community representatives to develop marketing plans that fulfill marketing objectives.
- Compile competitive information to maintain leadership position and competitive advantage.
- Provide feedback and support to managers and community representatives to assist with their marketing programs.
- Oversee corporate and residence marketing budgets.
- Review all ad copy, promotional events and marketing materials to ensure appropriateness and consistency.
- Research and hire appropriate vendors for marketing needs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs and make appropriate adjustments.
- Prepare marketing reports for VP, Operations.
